TRAINING:
  Unlike bigger clans, the Outer Heavens train 99% in Matchmaking (both Halo and Call of Duty). During matchmaking, leaders will observe the player's play style and Kill/Death Ratio. We also play with new recruits before letting them in the clan. If the recruit performs weakly, we might now allow the recruit to participate in clan battles.
Otherwise, the recruit will be allowed to participate.

MEETINGS:
   All clan members are allowed to attend meetings if authorized. Sometimes it will be a leader only meeting. The clan member will obey these rules during a meeting:
-Do not fire on foreign clans until given permission.
-Listen to appointed leaders.
-No killing if not authorized.
-Must act friendly and formal.
-No trash talking. EVER.
